new XFree86 rpms again

I have posted a new set of -0.2e XFree86 v4.0 rpms on my public_html
pages. These rpms now have the ppc_icache patch and the xf4_usepll
patch applied. Please post any problems to the mailing list. Thanks.

There is a new XF86Config at the top level as well.
