New preliminary version of the MPC823/MPC823E manual

has been placed on our website.  The dates are still kinda screwed
up, but the new files are there now.  Due to popular demand, the
annoying black PRELIMINARY across each page has been removed.  Any
issues/problems with the new manual can be sent to me or brought
up here.
