KGDB support for PReP

I just finished hacking (hacking is definitely the word) some patches to
support KGDB on PReP.

I would appreciate it if someone could look the code over and verify that
this actually works, and suggest improvements. Let me know if you're
interested, by the time I get the message I might have made a patch.
