various collected problems on AX200 and 5.5

Hi, I've been running 5.5 for the last few weeks with a new computer (Thinkpad P1 Gen 2) that has an AX200, and I've collected four problems, described below. lspci is "52:00.0 0280: 8086:2723" and kernel is 5.5-rc4 with nothing too fancy going on.
