wireless-drivers-next closed

Hi,

Linus released 4.5 which means that the merge window is open. As usual I
have now closed wireless-drivers-next and will open it again sometime
after 4.6-rc1 is released. I'll try to send one more pull request for
the remaining patches in w-d-next but it will be late so I'm not sure if
Dave will take it anymore.

wireless-driver continues to be open for import bugfixes.
