ACS patch for hostapd

Hi, I tried all the ACS patches (V1, V2, V3,V4,V7) with different hostapd sources (0.6.10 to 0.7.3) and all of them failed. Would you please let me know this patch is for which version of hostapd? Also this patch is for user-space hostapd only, correct? Is there any hostapd code available with ACS code merged? Regards, Hitesh
