ath9k ref cnt won't let me unload module

I just notice this while trying to debug the crash in Felix's
patch.  refcnt is 1, no holders are shown in /sys/modules/ath9k/holders

I tried manually removing the only interface (wlan0), but that didn't
help.

No idea if it's reproducible...
