Landed in mainline as c8f05f2f41d7 on 2023-08-22.
The definition of ftrace_enable_daemon() and ftrace_disable_daemon() has
been removed since commit cb7be3b2fc2c ("ftrace: remove daemon"), remain
the declarations in the header files, so remove it.
