Thank you Neil

Neil posted a wonderfully helpful message titled "Nasty md/raid bug in
3.2.{14,15,16} and 3.3.{1,2,3}". I don't want to pollute the thread with
this, but I do feel to compelled to thank Neil for his helpfulness and
positive attitude.

Neil, I can see that this bug is bugging you, and the lengths you go to
to help people who are bitten by it go above and beyond.

Thank you!

Neil is great. He's generally very responsive and helpful to people
on the mailing list. I never quite felt right about making an explicit
thread mentioning this, but since you have I figured I'd pile on :-)
Not to downplay anyone else's contributions, I've just been
particularly impressed with Neil's responses and attitude in general.

Absolutely. In fact Neil's helpfulness earlier this year lead me to join
linuxfoundation.
