[PATCH] cpufreq: intel_pstate: Fix struct pstate_adjust_policy kerneldoc

From: Rafael J. Wysocki <hidden>
Date: 2016-10-11 21:09:12
Also in: lkml

From: Rafael J. Wysocki <redacted>

It looks like the name of struct pstate_adjust_policy was updated
without updating its kerneldoc comment accordingly, so fix that
mistake.
