[PATCH 2/9] mips/PCI: Remove CONFIG_HOTPLUG ifdefs

From: Bill Pemberton <hidden>
Date: 2012-11-21 20:34:53
Also in: linux-devicetree, linux-mips
Subsystem: mips, the rest · Maintainers: Thomas Bogendoerfer, Linus Torvalds

Remove conditional code based on CONFIG_HOTPLUG being false. It's
always on now in preparation of it going away as an option.
