linux-next: bad import of rr tree

Hi Rusty,

Today's linux-next import of the rr tree failed like this:

lguest:physical_address_extension_support.patch
Context reduced to (1/1) to apply fragment at 851
error: patch failed: drivers/lguest/page_tables.c:645
error: drivers/lguest/page_tables.c: patch does not apply

So that and the following patch
(lguest:page_size_extension_support.patch) did not get applied.  I hope
that still makes sense.
