[PATCH 1/9] syscalls.2: srcfix

Clean up in preparation for "MR sed". Use font style alternation macros instead of font selection escape sequences to mark up man page cross references in table entry text blocks. Also protect them from hyphenation. (`MR` will take care of that for us.) Signed-off-by: "G.
