[PATCH v9] Add matrix keypad driver support for Mediatek SoCs

Change since v8:
- update keypad config dependent items
- remove useless comment about debounce time
- use internal function as devm_add_action_or_reset callback
- remove input_set_drvdata
- remove redundant log
- add missing whitespace with compatible sentinel string
