Temporary input tree

All,

I've created a temporary input tree at

    https://github.com/dtor/input

The structure is the same as original input tree at kernel.org:
'for-linus' branch for current work and 'next' branch for the next merge
window.

Stephen, could you switch linux-next to this new location please?

Thanks.
