[PATCH 0/2 v1] pata_via.c

Hi all

Thees patches are to support VX855 and future chips whose IDE controller use 0x0571.
And patch the behavior of via chipsets, which will reset the DEV register to be reset
value after changing the IEN bit on CTL register to cause channel reset.
