The MAINTAINERS file reads: FRAMEBUFFER LAYER ... T: git git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/plagnioj/linux-fbdev.git But this repo hasn't seen any commits since 2013... -- Jakub Wilk
