[PATCH 0/9] fbdev: Miscellaneous changes

This patch series is a collection of trivial and not so trivial
changes to fbdev, fbcon and a few drivers.

This will be my last contribution for the year.  I'll be offline
from the 22nd of December to early January 2006. I _might_
occasionally answer mails.
