[ANN] intelfb port to kernel 2.6

        Hi,

    I ported the david dawes' intelfb driver from kernel 2.4
to the new api of the kernel 2.6. I also made some changes and
improvements.
Here is a simplified changelog :
              Fix HW accel and HW cursor on i845G
              Add TV-Out functionality (tested with a ch7011 tv 
              encoder)
              Use of agpgart for fb memory reservation
              Add mtrr support

    The main change is for sure the TV-Out support. I used the 
kernel i2c api to cleanly communicate between the intelfb
driver and the tv encoder driver. Now, I've written a driver
for Chrontel CH7011 chips (I think it's usable also for
7009/7012/7301).
Other drivers may be written (for connexant, philips and others)
without fundamentally changing the current api. Also, other
framebuffer driver could be extended to support tv-out
(rivafb i think) and maybe the api could be extended to
support DFP too.
   
    I still have some problems which i can't still understand :
        - the hw cursor is killed by the native i810 driver of 
XFree86 when i return to the console. I cannot recover from
it and an ugly bitmap is flashing instead of the cursor.
        - I can't switch back and forth between monitor and
tv. All is ok when i boot on tv (with my bios configured to
output
on tv) but not when i boot on monitor. The registers seems to be
programmed exactly the same but i must miss something.

    And I'm doing my development on a 845, not a 865, so
checks on 830, 85X and 865 are needed.
    All patches and fixes are welcome :-)
