Need some help on FrameBuffer driver

Hi all

I need some help/direction on developing an TFT LCD framebuffer driver with
18bit color depth and 176x220 size . Also the LCD device has an Internal
memory , all I have access to those registers to write data in or read data
out.

Can somebody point me to any useful document or model driver developed
already .
