About mmap in frame buffer driver

Hi,
After the application call the mmap to have a virtual graphic memory and draw a pixel in the location of this memory, how to refresh the GRAM of the LCD and make this pixel display on the LCD? Where should I add the function which refresh the GRAM of LCD?
