[PATCH resend] aty rage 3d mobility m1

Hello,

here is it, one large, but minimal intrusive in my eyes.
Tested on ARMADA 15" mobility AGP 1400x1050 and Desktop PC K7S5A + ATI Rage 
IIc and ATI Rage Pro

Tested resolutions and founded OK:
1600x1200 on ARMADA with external CRT and others
1400x1050 on ARMADA with external CRT and LCD
1280x1024 on alls
1152x864 on alls
1024x768 on alls
800x600 on alls
alls < 800x600 on Desktop PC and ARMADA with external CRT

Tested resolutions and founded not OK
alls < 800x600 on ARMADA with LCD, possible cause; HSync should be adjust by 
doublescan modes, should it?

Not tested SPARC and others platforms.
