HI !
I have a whole bunch of fbdev's that need porting to the
new API that is currently in 2.5. Is there any kind of doc
available or a HOWTO explaining at least briefly what is
invovled ? (what changed and now ?)
Ben.

The most updated doc that I know of is skeletonfb.c.

I was told some time back, that using tdfxfb.c as example is maybe more
usefull than using skeletonfb.c.
Look at the lists archive for a previous thread on this same topic.

Attached is tridentfb which works for the new API but only with cfb accels
the native ones still need work.I'll send this in when that is fixed.
You can look at it or do a diff against original tridentfb in current 2.5
to see what's changed

forgot it
Mmm, just a quick question.
Is it better to keep the tridentfb.h in drivers/video like you do, or
move it to include/video as is done in tdfxfb ?

Great, thanks, a diff is what I'm looking for actually :)
