[PATCH] arm: dts: meson8m2: add dwmac 3.70a compatible

The Meson8m2 DWMAC reports User ID 0x10 and Synopsys ID 0x37,
identifying it as a Synopsys DWMAC 3.70a core.

Add the "snps,dwmac-3.70a" compatible to match meson8b.dtsi.
