[PATCH] phy: rockchip: remove redundant initialization of pointer cfg

From: Colin King <hidden>
Date: 2021-06-09 11:39:07

From: Colin Ian King <redacted>

The pointer cfg is being initialized with a value that is never read and
it is being updated later with a new value. The initialization is
redundant and can be removed.
