[GIT PULL] ARM: dts: Xilinx DT changes for v5.6 v2

Hi,

please pull this coresight enabling patch to your tree. Sorry for a
noise with cancelling previous pull request. It was correct but I have
created new v2 tag to make it clear and aligned with pull request.
