[PATCH RESEND] ARM: versatile: enable RTC DS1338 driver in defconfig

Versatile platform boards[*] support external RTC device, DS1338.
It is compatible with rtc-ds1307 device driver.
QEMU[**] also supports this device by default.

Currently, driver configuration is missing in versatile_defconfig.
To enable it, RTC subsystem configuration and I2C host bus support
are required.
