[PATCH] ARM: versatile: allow enabling PCI for device tree only kernels

From: Michael Olbrich <hidden>
Date: 2014-07-18 08:11:23
Subsystem: arm integrator, versatile and realview support, arm port, arm/versatile express platform, the rest · Maintainers: Linus Walleij, Russell King, Liviu Dudau, Sudeep Holla, Lorenzo Pieralisi, Linus Torvalds

This makes it possible to build a device tree only kernel with PCI support.
This is necessary to access the i6300esb watchdog provided by qemu.
