[PATCH 1/2] clocksource: Remove outdated comments

From: Yijing Wang <hidden>
Date: 2014-01-23 07:12:27
Also in: linux-arm-msm, linux-mips, linux-omap, linux-samsung-soc, linux-um, linuxppc-dev
Subsystem: the rest, timekeeping, clocksource core, ntp, alarmtimer · Maintainers: Linus Torvalds, John Stultz, Thomas Gleixner

clocksource_register() and __clocksource_register_scale()
always return 0, so the comment is just pointless, it's
outdated, remove it.
