[RFC:PATCH] ACPI code for memory hot-add when node is added [0/2]

Hello.

I wrote 2 patches of the ACPI part which is used when the node
with the memory blocks are hot-added.
First one is small modification to call memory hotplug driver
from container driver.
Second one is to get handle and node id from physicall address.

Please comment.
