Reboots instead of powering down

Hello.

If BIOS wakeup is enabled on shutdown the PC reboots instead of powering
down. If BIOS wakeup is disabled the PC powers down.

Tested with linux-2.6.5-rc2-bk2 + acpi-20040311-2.6.5. The Mainboard is
815E Pro (MS-6337) with a Celeron 850.
