Semaphore error

I am getting the following error that starts off a whole host of other errors. My question is.. Feb 11 14:29:01 ltdbenham kernel: osl-0743 [32] os_wait_semaphore : Failed to acquire semaphore[c158bbe0|1|0], AE_TIME Should I be looking in the kernel code... the DSDT "code"... or is it something in the BIOS that's outta my control?
