ACPI compiled size reduction

BTW, using GCC 3.2 and adding the -Os option, `size drivers/acpi/built-in.o` drops from 213381 bytes to 174063 bytes (with everything selected but debug messages). Big thanks to Andi Kleen to suggesting we try this. I remember Alan Cox mentioning that size optimizations were coming in gcc 3 -- it's nice to actually see them. The next release will build with -Os by default.
