ACPI-Patch against 2.4.20-pre10-ac1

I tried to apply the acpi-patch against 2.4.20-pre10-ac1. It is not perfect, there are some problems with cpufreq i couldn't fix. If you disable cpufreq, it should compile and run. If anyone fixes the cpufreq-issue, please inform me.
