Kernel 3.4 compile problem

Dear all,

I am a newbie who try to solve a problem on compiling new kernel on my
computer. Here is the point where I am stuck; I can configure and compile
kernel without any error, but whenever I try to install libc headers I keep
receiving the error below: I have the devel package installed for my
existing kernel, I could not understand what I am doing wrong:

If there are file names with special characters and/or spaces you may
have problems...
