run kernelci test on Microsoft Azure VMs

Johnson, Isaiah and me come from Microsoft Azure Linux System Group, and we are looking at possible ways to run kernelci test on Azure to cover the HyperV virtual hardware environment.

Looks like there are a lot of existing things we can leverage, including the builds from kernelci with various of config options, and with covered multiple branches and trees.
We are going to consume those kernels and run LISA (https://github.com/microsoft/lisa/) smoke test on Azure with different hardware configuration options (which are represented by various of Azure VM SKUs, for example, GPU, RDMA, NVMe, etc VM SKUs). We are also looking for ways to report results back to kernelci dashboard too.

Currently we are interested in validating the kernel revisions from stable, next and the HyperV tree (https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/hyperv/linux.git).
After we have run the smoke test in kernelci successfully, we will run more applicable LISA test cases in kernelci.

Can you please share any comments to this plan, and/or share any best practice to onboard the Azure VM tests to kernelci please?
