Feature request: add --ignore-blank-lines option option for git-range-diff

Hi

May I ask for feature request?

1.Would be nice if git-range-diff provide an option like --cherry-pick for git-log

lines like:
3:  a7b78f75 =  3:  c4afc66d Allow to export &log
not  always  required  in  the  output, especially when there 20~30 of
them.




2. May you provide -w -B -i like diff options to ignore space changes.
I mean when one patch removes empty line or adds one

Because  such lines have +/- signs they are not counted empty by -w -B
--ignore-blank-lines option
