[PATCH] Makefile: don't run rm without any files

From: Matt Kraai <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:56:09
Subsystem: kernel build + files below scripts/ (unless maintained elsewhere), the rest · Maintainers: Nathan Chancellor, Nicolas Schier, Linus Torvalds

From: Matt Kraai <redacted>

"rm -f -r" fails on QNX when not passed any files to remove. This breaks
the clean target, since dep_dirs is empty. Avoid this by merging two rm
command lines.
