[PATCH] Add -S, --gpg-sign option to manpage of "git commit"

From: Tom Jones <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:55:05
Subsystem: documentation, the rest · Maintainers: Jonathan Corbet, Linus Torvalds

git commit -S, --gpg-sign was mentioned in the program's help message,
but not in the manpage.

This adds an equivalent entry for the option in the manpage.
