[PATCH] git.txt: fix list continuation

From: Michael J Gruber <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:51:02
Subsystem: documentation, the rest · Maintainers: Jonathan Corbet, Linus Torvalds

Remove a spurious empty line which prevented asciidoc from recognizing a
list continuation mark ('+'), so that it does not get output literally any
more.
