RFE: git-import-dsc should support http-links

Hi,

merry Christmas everyone.  I hope this is the right place for this, I 
looked around and it seemed to me it was, so here it goes.

It would be nice if the following just worked:

"git-import-dsc 
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gnucash/gnucash_2.2.6-2.dsc"
