application/xxxxx in gmail attachments

This is intended to be a public apology to everyone suffered
from trying to cleanup their mailbox from the recent activestate
perl related patches. I'm sorry, should have thought about
it earlier (I even took part in the recent discussion wrt .patch!).

Anyway, wont happen again.
