[PATCH 0/3] Support setting SymrefsOnly=true from scripts

Hi,

this series of patches does three things:

	- support for setting config variables
	- ditto, but from scripts
	- set SymrefsOnly=true right from the start with

		git-init-db --dont-use-symrefs
