- Head forward handling reworked

- Commit view with google like page selection instead of the time span
based selection

- File revision and annotate reworked

- File revision with links to the commit

- Files, blobs and diffs can be downloaded

- Javascript added to some of the selectors (Jan-Benedikt Glaw suggested
this)
