Enabled VMXNET3 compilation for FreeBSD in the makefiles. Fixed some
minor issues to make it run.

  vmxnet3: Added makefile entries to compile VMXNET3 driver under
    FreeBSD.
  vmxnet3: Added macro adding VMXNET3 to the list of recognized PCI
