[Buildroot] [git commit] package/openvmtools: use /run for PIDFile

Fixes:

PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating
/var/run/vmtoolsd.pid ??? /run/vmtoolsd.pid; please update the unit file
accordingly.
